This page is a tribute to the INVISIBLE WARRIORS working within the Department of Defense and Intel organizations that dedicated a career sacrificing a lifetime to the safety of the World's greatest nation, the United States of America. AUTODIN, initiated by JFK in 1960 as a survivable communication system in case of an all-out nuclear attack by the Soviet Union was funded by Congress in 1962 as a 5 year program at $2.5 mil, turned into a lifelong career for most of us with the final price tag at $215 mil over its 30 years period. With many of us recruited out of college and military services, we all started out young but eventually retired from various other programs with seasoned credentials, dated as reflected in the register below.

Because of the sensitivity of the Nation's most classified program at its time, AUTODIN, none of us ever received our honors publicly. With AUTODIN having been retired, replaced, and moved into Space in 2003 by current technological innovations, information contained within this Web site has since been declassified through (FOIA), Freedom of Information Act. With the passage of time, unfortunately, not all members are with us anymore to receive credit.

This is not the only Website dedicated to AUTODIN. There are several others related to specific services. However, this site is mostly Contractor-specific, who dedicated their time and efforts with many personal sacrifices made in recognition and hope that the AUTODIN spirit will be remembered and carried into the future.
