The Author T. Randall was born, raised, and educated in Germany. After graduating industrial engineer, he sought out his future career in the United States. Starting out as lead engineer with the National Engineering and Manufacturing Company (NEMCO) in Philadelphia, a government contractor, he supported the engineering effort for a number of defense related projects including Mercury and Gemini space missions for NASA, and Telstar Explorer series, an Intel communication satellite fabrication for SATCOM.

With credits in computer science, he accepted a career opportunity contracting with the Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Communications Agency (DCA), engineering and implementing secure networks for AUTODIN I (NET I), and second generation secure network AUTODIN II (NET  II), classified predecessors to the modern day Internet. This involvement provided him with the opportunity for interacting with the nation’s multitude in intelligence and defense organizations.

The last government project was as lead engineer with Lockheed Martin, designing and implementing EMP protection against direct nuclear hits from Soviet ICBM to underground launch facilities and missile silos. The threat, directed to the Minuteman and Peacekeeper missile defense systems was a real and constant threat during the cold war. The program was commissioned and developed for the Strategic Air Command (SAC) and Ballistic Missile Office (BMO).

Switching to the commercial sector, he contracted with Microsoft as technology solution provider then later formed his own business in partnership to develop corporate networks and secure computer applications.

It was through the Missile Defense design phase where Mr. Randall acquired an intricate knowledge into nuclear physics and its destructive powers with electromagnetic pulsing (EMP). It was this knowledge that provided the foundation for his book trilogy series, Pentagon’s Hammer.

COMMERCIAL SECTOR

As co-founder and Vice President Government Programs with DevTec (Development Technologies), and DevTec Global, Mr. Randall brings over 20 years’ experience in the areas of corporate management, business development, and business-to-processes analysis. Mr. Randall’s technology expertise is in enterprise infrastructure development and integration, client/server implementation, corporate Web development & integration, project management, logistics support and technical writing skills.

DEFENSE SECTOR

While with Lockheed Martin, he acquired an intricate knowledge in nuclear science by redesigning the nation's nuclear defense system protection against potential direct ICBM attacks on underground Missile LCCs (Launch Control Centers) and Missile Silos.

Tino was extended a scholarship and received a BS in Industrial Engineering in Germany and subsequent credits in Computer Science at Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA.
